Bonnacons live!
My favourite critter from the medieval bestiaries is the bonnacon, or bonasus,, a sort of bull that produces flaming napalm farts. So it's with great glee that I discovered today that the scientific name for the wisent, or European bison, is Bison bonasus bonasus. No word from wikipedia on whether it can set three acres of land alight.
